Im a student at Massey uni in New Zealand, and have chosen to design a set of headphones for one of my projects, and i was hoping to get some opinions from some people in the know Im trying to conduct as much research as i can, and i was hoping that some of you might have some time to answer some quick questions (which ive listed below), if you could answer all or any of the questions, that would be brilliant, or whether you've got any opinions on anything to do with my brief, i really don't mind, i'm just looking to collect opinions, tips, current product faults, anything really!!!

Brief: Design a high end set of headphones to be targeted at the top end of the market. The design must stand out, jump off the shelf, and make the customer want to buy it. Use and manipulate out of the ordinary materials and processes to give the product an edge in the market place.

With bose wire tangling, sennheiser-nothing

Good brand, usually try before I buy so will have a good idea about sound quality

Yes, very

Sennheiser- Excellent customer servicem durrabilty and great sound
Bose- Some cracking on ear headphones (unfortunately i destroyed mine beyond repair)

If you were to design a set of headphones, what features would set you headphones apart?
I would just make sure that they are at an competitve price and the sound quality is excellent. Comfort aswell.

What do you consider the worst thing about having to wear headphones for extended periods of time?
They can be uncomfortable pending on the headphones.
